Amelia's Handmade Alfajores is an inspired collaboration between Roxana and Frank Montanez to revive a family tradition.

Alfajores are South American cookies traditionally filled with Dulce de Leche.

They originated during the 8th century Spain and brought to South America in later centuries where locals, specially from Peru, Chile and Argentina, created a delicious treat that melts in your mouth.

Our Alfajores are handmade using a unique Peruvian family recipe made with the highest quality ingredients.
